ART. 1°-De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 12 y 25 numeral 10 de la
Ley 80 de 1993, los jefes y representantes legales de las entidades estatales
que no tengan junta o consejo directivo podrán delegar la celebración de
contratos y demás actos inherentes a la actividad contractual siempre que la
cuantía no exceda el equivalente a veinte (20) veces los montos fijados por la
ley para que el contrato sea de menor cuantía en la respectiva entidad.
